Mark Pollak

Mark Pollak studied Bcomm LLB at the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa. Upon coming to London he worked for IBM in Corporate Audit, travelling the world, ensuring that IBM were contractually compliant with their 3rd party outsourcing contracts.

Mark Pollak studied Bcomm LLB at the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa. Upon coming to London he worked for IBM in Corporate Audit, travelling the world, ensuring that IBM were contractually compliant with their 3rd party outsourcing contracts.

Mark became a Civil and commercial and workplace mediator in 2020, and is also an entrepreneur with his own Telecoms and PPE company, and has a biltong company to keep in touch with the South African community in London.

Mark has recently started a telco logistics company which undertakes free health checks on companies Telco and IT matters to ensure that customers have the right services at the right price.

Mark has strong expertise in Pro bona and workplace mediation.  And a passion for neighbour dispute resolution

Mark aims to focus the minds of parties from the outset, so they can attend the mediation with all hands on the table approach.

Mark is passionate and about creating opportunities for people to explore resolutions of immediate concerns to help with the decision-making processes. Mark devotes his time to non-court, dispute resolution processes, mediation and focuses on pro bono work to help those that are not financially able to attend mediation. Inspired by assisting people through difficult situations Mark views mediation as an opportunity for the people involved to have a constructive conversation and to make decisions about the issues that they face..
